Shipping

We use UPS to ship to the United States.

All orders placed after 3 pm CT will be shipped out the next day.

Costs vary depending on weight, size, and destination.

Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges.

Make sure your shipping address is correct before finishing your order.

Packages that are returned or shipped with incorrect shipping information by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.

We do not accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address.

Free shipping ($300 over) is applied to the Continental U.S. only with UPS ground. FREE shipping does not apply to any orders from Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Any air shipments are NOT FREE.

Shipping times can be estimated by the UPS website or the map below.

We do not guarantee that all the requested items are in stock and it will be shipped without any notifications unless there is a note in the comment section. The store credit will be issued to the customer’s account with any out-of-stock items or adjustment of the shipping fee. Store credit will appear automatically in check-out processing. There is no expiration date on the store credit. You can use your store credit at any time when you shop with us.

We are not responsible for any lost package with no signature required on delivery.

For international orders, customers will be held responsible for any restrictions with their country’s international shipping policies. We highly recommend researching the details for the most current and up-to-date restrictions before placing an order as the customer will be held responsible for any additional charges resulting from returned packages.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges/replacements at this time for any damage/non-damage returns but you can use the store credit that will be refunded to your account to repurchase the items! Any returns will be issued as store credit to the customer’s account.

We only allow you to return defective items and they must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date for store credit (to be used on your next purchase).

No refunds or exchanges are given on closeout (sale) items.

Customers must email us at support@bluetortoisewholesale.com within 3 days of receipt along with the order number and damaged item picture. We will not process of your return until we have received the returned item.

Non-Damaged Returns

Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase may return the item for a refund. Non-damaged returns will only be accepted within 14 days from the date on the invoice, after 14 days returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that we will charge a 25% restocking fee for non-damaged returns, and the customer is responsible for mailing back the return as well as return shipping and handling charges

Damaged Returns

Damaged items will only be accepted within 14 days from the date on the invoice, after 14 days returns will NOT be accepted. After we have received the damaged item with a copy of the invoice we will gladly issue a store credit.

Returned items that have missing parts and/or original packing will not be eligible for return!

A copy of the invoice must be included in the package being returned with the damaged item numbers circled/highlighted along with a brief description explaining the reason for return.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be credited.

Please follow all the rules for returns as Blue Tortoise Wholesale will not be responsible for anything returned without the proper procedures taken. Thank you.
